Prices on this site are our current published prices. Your written proposal confirms the price for your work before you sign.

The proof report is free, with nothing to buy. It shows what we found on the date it carries, and search results and answers change over time. It's information to help you decide, not a promise of results.

Wrenfield Court is a demo community. Its name, town, people, prices, license number and photos are made up to show how a community site can work.

Figures on this site name their source and date. Where we combine them, we say it's our arithmetic. They're general information, not financial, legal or tax advice.
